TAKE TIME UPON ARRIVAL

All spa guests are required to check-in at the spa front desk upon arrival and upon departure. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to enjoy the spa amenities.

For treatments scheduled 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM please arrive no more than 1 hour prior to ensure the enjoyment of the spa amenities for all guests. For treatments scheduled 4:30 PM or later please arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM.

In consideration of our other guests and for you to receive your full service, being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. Tardiness may result in a shorted service.

COUPLES ROOM

Our Couples Room promotes relaxation, reconnection and rejuvenation. Please call to inquire about availability. Reservations are required.

SPA ATTIRE AND COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES

Upon arrival we will provide you with a robe, and sandals. You will have access to our spa facilities that include Finnish Cedar Saunas, outdoor hot tub (bathing suits required), lockers, showers, and relaxation lounge with fireplace. Refreshment’s include tea, snacks and enhanced waters. Utilizing these amenities will relax and warm your muscles, aiding the therapeutic benefits of your services.

A Locker space will be provided to you.  We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or other valuables. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Guests will not be permitted to enter or depart the premises with outside food or beverages. All alcohol and food must be purchased from the front desk.

Alcohol is NOT recommended before spa treatments. Should you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, a 2-drink maximum is strongly encouraged by the Tailwater Spa staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment(s) to guests who appear impaired. Guests will still be responsible for and charged the full price of treatment(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged 100% of your treatment fee. A credit card is required to hold your reservation at the time of booking your service.  Special cancellation polices may apply to group bookings, please call for more details.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

A 20% administrative fee will be automatically added to your service upon check out. 18% will be applied to your service provider as gratuity and 2% will cover administrative costs.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum age is 16 for all spa services and utilization of the spa facilities. All guests 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

SPA ETIQUETTE

The Spa, including our Relaxation Lounge, is a quiet space; we kindly ask that you refrain from conversation. Respect the silence. Please refrain from use of all electronic devices while enjoying the stress-free atmosphere. Cell phones are not permitted within the spa and if brought in, we request that they be silenced and put away in your locker.

The Relaxation Lounge and other amenities are never meant to be monopolized by one group or guests nor used as an event space – it is for the use of all guests. The level of noise or activity by a group in any of the spa areas should never impact other guests.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available online or at The Spa reception desk. Gift cards cannot be processed for online bookings.

GROUPS AND WELLNESS EVENT

The Spa facility is available for private spa gatherings, corporate groups, and wellness events. Please call or email us with inquiries.

DAY PASSES

Based on demand, day passes on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and other busy days may be unavailable. Please contact our reservation specialists for more details.
